Pumptech Electrical PTY LTD Returns Policy

You can return an item for a refund, within 5 working days of receiving your original order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging with no damage to the packaging and sent back to Pumptech Electrical PTY LTD at the expense of the customer.

Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non warranty returns, not the fault of Pumptech Electrical PTY LTD, will be subject to 10% of purchase price fee with shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Should your return be approved for a refund, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original payment method). This may take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer's policies.

No non warranty return or exchange is available on special request orders, being orders not normally stocked or advertised with Pumptech Electrical PTY LTD.
